Ashtanga Series are introduced gradually & gently, adapting the practice to the person & not the other way around.

These original sequences prepare the student for the full Ashtanga series, opening & strengthening all major areas of the body before progressing to the full practice.

All 1-1/2 hour sessions include meditation, relaxation & breathing techniques, occasionally philosophy. Full Ashtanga 2hrs.

George accumulates 15 years of Gita, Iyengar & Ashtanga styles & Yoga philosophy merged with New Spirituality emerging on the planet, & has trained with many of Australia’s “world-class” teachers. He has Yoga Arts Certificate IV accreditation of Hatha, Iyengar & Ashtanga styles & is certified by the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia.
