A common misconception of Yoga is that flexibility is required to do the practice.
In fact, the more restrictions
the greater the benefits.

Regardless of your condition there is a class to suit you, with follow-up terms leading to intermediate & advanced levels as you grow. Our sessions are based on Ashtanga Preparation, adapting the practice to the person & not the other way around. Original sequences prepare the student for full Ashtanga series, opening & strengthening areas of the body before progressing to full practice.

1. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salute) A & B, Vinyasa
2. Core Strengthening, energy locks
3. Vinyasa Lunge Sequence
4. Chair Sequence
5. Lotus, twists, Supta Virasana – intensity
6. Vinyasa Lunge Sequence.

  7. Backbend Sequence
  8. Hand Balances
  9. Inversions
10. Vinyasa Lunge Sequence
11. Ashtanga Series A (2 hours)
